SUSUMEALS was born from a simple yet passionate desire to share the joy of food. It has since flourished, nurtured by the love and support of our community. I studied the food nutrition in Korea, then refined my craft at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in California.Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in diverse culinary worlds. From temple food and traditional Korean royal cuisine to corporate cafeterias, hotel dining, afternoon tea, catering, and cooking studios. Inspired by the philosophy of temple cuisine, my approach focuses on seasonal, light, and nourishing ingredients. I blend Eastern and Western flavors with a refined, elegant touch, creating a fine dining experience.We prioritize healthy home-cooked meals by using only high-quality ingredients with low sugar and low sodium for truly nourishing experience. We avoid freezing to preserve the natural flavors.Food has always been at the heart of my life.
